Customer Data Consolidation - Feasibility Phase

 

CLIENT CHALLENGE

The objective of the Client was to have the ability to re-sell products from across brands including co-branding, re-branding and private labeling. In addition to these operational needs, other needs were to be able to perform analytical functions and the fulfillment of regulatory obligations utilising a consolidated set of customer data.

DESCRIPTION

CEC worked with the client technical project team to clarify and document the business requirements for the near term projects. A set of capabilities and needs were defined which were used as the basis for solution and vendor requirements definition.

OUTCOMES

  • A vendor evaluation for different solutions.
  • Revised architectural decisions on where data (customer and other) needs to be stored.
  • A recommended solution to undertake customer data matching.
