The existing system has been in use for a number of years. The system is very complex and is used to manage the Referral, Intake and Assessment processes for clients of human services. The system is in use by agents and health professinals via the telephone. The project will pilot a new task-based user interface.
CEC has been engaged to undertake Contextual Inquiry (observations) with users, undertake root-cause anaysis and design the new user interface.
