The last few months have been exciting for us as we welcome 4 new members to our team.
- Grant Westbury joins our Sydney team, coming from IBM Business Consulting. He brings 15 years of management consulting experience, many of them in customer experience consulting across financial services, telecommunications, government and insurance. Grant has consulted to organisations such as Microsoft, Telstra and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
- Duncan Graham joins our Sydney team with 14 years of contact centre experience. He was recently nominated to be the prime judge for the Australian Contact Centre of the Year 2011 Awards. In his previous role, he headed up the centre that won the Award last year in 2010. He specialises in building high-performance teams, changing the culture of an organisation, and implementing technology solutions.
- Julian Wong joins our Melbourne team coming from Deloitte where he was a Senior Consultant in the Technology Advisory practice. Julian brings to CEC a diverse set of management consulting experience spanning six industry verticals across 15 different top-tier clients including Telstra, Australia Post, VicRoads and TruEnergy.
- Alex Auroux joins our Sydney team, coming from Ernst and Young in Paris. He has experience in the financial services and insurance industries, specialising in process improvement with a focus in customer experience.
