Our client needed to establish a program of work to enable the creation of an innovative payment system to be launched in to the Australian market. The program involved collaboration with a wide range of industry partners and involved facilitation of payments between peers as well as financial institutions and reporting to initiate financial settlement.

We provided a Senior Program Director and two senior business analysts to the program to assist in both the establishment of the Program Plan and the detailing of business requirements in conjunction with industry partners. The program involved facilitating agreements of both business models and technology solutions within the industry as well as establishing a multi-disciplinary team for implementation of the solution.

With our help the program agreed and completed the initial business requirements, technical specifications and evaluated technical responses from preferred vendors for the solution.
