Designing better digital health experiences for all Australians – The Australian Digital Health Agency
Starting with a bang, our work with The Australian Digital Health Agency awarded us a Gold Good Design Award for Service Design in Public Sector Services as well as a Good Design Award in Design Strategy.
The ADHA faced a wicked problem: how can they deliver high-value digital experiences that meet the needs of both Australian health practitioners and the Australian public, given the complex ecosystem of government, regulators, clinicians and healthcare providers the ADHA operates in.
With this complexity in mind, we designed a CX Toolkit that equips The ADHA to strategically and sustainably design digital health experiences that holistically consider the needs of all Australian citizens - for the first time ever!
Equipped with this Toolkit and a unified Customer Strategy, The ADHA can transition government and business objectives into services, systems and considered experiences that achieve its goal of a connected healthcare system. It was also used in The ADHA’s COVID Response, supporting the Department of Health (DOH) national vaccine rollout.
Designing children’s services so educators and families can thrive – SDN Children’s Services
SDN’s Children Services faced a changing competitor landscape - fierce competition, occupancy challenges, and changes in government policy - which led to the need for SDN to differentiate itself meaningfully.
Grounded in empathy, we helped SDN to understand what its Families value and how to deliver this in a way that is consistent with its values and purpose. We also understood the complex and changing needs of SDN’s educators who deliver SDN’s services to support them and ultimately enable continuous relationship building between SDN’s Educators and Families.
SDN continues to hold CX at the core of its transformation and is becoming an innovative market leader in early childhood education and care, children's therapies, and family support services. To date, SDN has seen a 20-point rise in net promoter score.
Lion makes it easy for its customers to do business – Lion
We worked with Lion to make it easy for its business customers (publicans, bars, and bottle shop owners) to do business and grow with them in a constantly disrupted beverage industry.
Our designed solutions formed the groundwork for the industry-leading, mobile-first ‘Lion Marketplace’, which has made doing business with Lion seamless and efficient, setting Lion ahead of its competitor’s digital offerings.

Don't be a Tosser Website – The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA)
We collaborated with NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) on the Don’t Be A Tosser website design - an interactive journey to discover how rubbish impacts you and the environment.
The website provides users with accessible information about the impacts of littering, encourages positive behaviour change and provides escalation pathways that allow users to report littering behaviour. It’s engaging and features fun facts, interactive journeys and quizzes that support The NSW EPA’s broader strategy to reduce waste in NSW.
